Datacentrix' Logistics function improves business efficiencies and quality management for our customers. In addition to transport, warehousing, and supply chain solutions, the Logistics function also offers reverse logistics services, refurbishing or disposing of old equipment on behalf of our customers.
Quality management
Quality management underlines all of Logistics' services. Quality is assured through the unit's compliance with Telkom's Process Control Release Quality Management System, which based on ISO 9001:2000 and constitutes 56% of ISO 9001:2000. The certification is reviewed prior to the current certificate's expiry and affirms Datacentrix' commitment to quality, by managing customer satisfaction, supplier performance and Datacentrix' execution capability.
